1. Active Life. There is no fun in being sedentary. Haven't you heard " sitting is the new smoking"
2. Maintain Optimum weight
3. Avoid long periods of standing or sitting
4. Daily Exercise routine. Avoid heavy weight lifting
5. Avoid sitting idle with crossed legs for long time
6. Avoid high heel footwear
7. Avoid smoking and alcohol
